Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Hyderabad. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining problems, and designing intuitive experiences across Techsnap’s web and product interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating user flows and wireframes, developing interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and content teams. The role involves applying design thinking methodologies to educational products, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines. The User Experience Designer will also gather and analyze user feedback, iterate on designs,



and contribute to improving the overall usability and learner experience on the Techsnap platform. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust User Experience (UX) skills, including interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Candidates should possess Design Thinking capabilities to frame problems, ideate solutions, and run iterative design processes.
• Candidates should possess User Research skills, such as conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to create clean, accessible UI layouts, typography, and components aligned with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Prototyping skills using modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Relevant experience designing web or product experiences for education, SaaS, or technology platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback in an iterative manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, including research, design rationale, and shipped or tested solutions.
