Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Planning
• Counsel students on academic interests, intended majors, and university goals.
• Develop personalized academic and extracurricular plans.
• Set timelines, milestones, and actionable goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback. 2. Profile Development
• Guide students in developing passion projects, research initiatives, leadership experiences, and community-impact projects.
• Help students identify meaningful extracurricular activities aligned with their interests.
• Support portfolio development and showcase students' achievements effectively. 3. Admissions & Application Support
• Guide students through university selection and application requirements.
• Review essays, personal statements, resumes, and portfolios.
• Support application strategy, deadlines, and submission readiness.




• Stay updated on admissions processes and university requirements. 4. Student Mentorship
• Conduct regular counseling sessions and track student progress.
• Help students overcome challenges in profile development and application preparation.
• Maintain documentation of sessions, milestones, and follow-ups. 5. Parent Communication
• Share student progress, milestones, and next steps with parents.
• Address queries regarding admissions and application strategy.
• Maintain skilled, transparent, and timely communication. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of undergraduate admissions processes.
• Prior experience in college counseling, admissions mentoring, or academic advising.
• Excellent communication, writing, mentorship, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple students and ensure consistent progress. Preferred Experience
• Experience guiding students applying to highly selective universities.
• Familiarity with application platforms, essay development, and extracurricular strategy.
