Role Description: The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating practice questions and assessments, explaining problem-solving techniques, and clarifying doubts through examples and interactive activities. The trainer will track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to update training materials, aligning content with current industry and placement trends,



and occasionally supporting workshops or bootcamps. This is a full-time, in office role based in Amaravati.

Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, with the ability to teach core topics such as arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, puzzles, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and effective communication for placement and competitive exam contexts.
• Skill in lesson planning, classroom delivery, and learner engagement, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts and use practical examples.
• Ability to design practice exercises, mock tests, and assessment tools, and to analyze performance data to guide students’ improvement.
• Comfort with using digital tools (presentations, online test platforms, LMS) to support teaching and track learner progress.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; familiarity with campus recruitment patterns and placement processes is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience as an aptitude trainer or educator in test prep, placement training, or competitive exam coaching is an advantage.
