Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Test Lead / SDET with strong expertise in Java-based automation testing using Selenium and exposure to AI engineering and AI-powered testing tools. The ideal candidate should have experience leading testing activities, developing automation frameworks, managing test execution, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead testing activities and ensure high-quality software deliverables.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform end-to-end testing and manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements.
• Mentor junior testers and drive automation best practices.




• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve testing processes.
• Report testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance test automation and testing efficiency. Mandatory

Skills:
• Strong experience in Selenium with Java.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, and test data creation.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing.
• Exposure to AI tools for development and test automation.
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have:
• API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Performance testing experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Database testing and SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to AI testing frameworks. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications would be an added advantage.
