Job Description
• Provide technical support to Shopify Merchants. This is a must.
• Guide and Train current Team Members on best customer success practices.
• Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
• Consolidating feedback, and convert them into improvement suggestions.
• Relaying feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times for both merchants and the company.

Requirements:
• Atleast 5 years of experience with Shopify.
• Strong written skills and experience in Client handling.
• Passion for discovering how and why products succeed.
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
