Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with customers through calls, emails and other digital channels, as required.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Work with computer applications, online platforms and internal business systems.
• Maintain records, update information and manage documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet assigned quality and productivity targets.
• Learn new applications, tools and business processes quickly.
• Maintain skilled communication and a customer-first approach. Required Skills
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Practical knowledge of computers and internet-based applications.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word,



email and document management.
• Ability to learn new software and digital tools.
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality and willingness to take responsibility. Who Can Apply?
• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
• Candidates from any educational background, subject to role suitability.
• Applicants from customer service, BPO, administration, sales support, IT, banking, retail, hospitality or other industries.
• Candidates willing to work full-time from our Erode office. Prior travel and tourism experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
