About the Role
Global Tech Integrated Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations, procurement, warehouse management, logistics coordination, and basic financial reconciliation. This is a hands-on operational role involving marine navigation, communication, electronic equipment, and spare parts. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock tracking, proper documentation, efficient procurement, and timely equipment deliveries. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Zoho Inventory, and capable of managing daily responsibilities independently. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.
• Track inward and outward movement of equipment and spare parts.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of equipment.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies. 2. Procurement & Stock Replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers for equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Prepare and track purchase orders and procurement requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
• Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules. 3. Warehouse Operations
• Manage daily warehouse activities and stock organization.
• Ensure efficient storage, identification, and retrieval of equipment.
• Monitor damaged, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Maintain warehouse records and proper storage practices. 4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
• Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work with freight forwarders, shipping agencies, courier partners, and customs agents.




• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Track shipments and coordinate timely deliveries to customers, vessels, and project locations. 5. Zoho Inventory & Zoho Books
• Manage day-to-day inventory transactions using Zoho Inventory.
• Create and process purchase orders, sales orders, stock adjustments, and inventory transfers.
• Maintain accurate item records, stock levels, and transaction histories.
• Generate inventory reports and monitor stock discrepancies.
• Use Zoho Books for basic financial entries, expense tracking, and reconciliation. 6. Inventory & Financial Reconciliation
• Reconcile physical stock with Zoho Inventory records.
• Coordinate inventory transactions with related financial entries.
• Monitor procurement, warehouse, and logistics expenses.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock records, invoices, and transaction values. 7. Documentation & Record Management
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all stock movements and transactions.
• Organize records for internal reviews, audits, and operational requirements. 8. Vendor & Customer Coordination
• Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal sales, service, and accounts teams.
• Assist customers with order status, shipment tracking, and delivery documentation.
• Resolve routine procurement and logistics-related issues. 9. Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare regular inventory, procurement, warehouse, and logistics reports.
• Monitor stock availability, pending orders, and shipment status.




• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 1 year of direct qualified experience using Zoho Inventory (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and shipment coordination.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Experience handling purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Robust organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow up proactively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and routine reporting. Preferred

Experience:
Candidates with experience handling marine, industrial, electrical, electronic, or other technical equipment will have an added advantage. Important: Zoho Inventory Experience Is MandatoryApplicants must have at least 1 year of practical, hands-on experience using Zoho Inventory in a professional working environment. Familiarity with Zoho products or theoretical knowledge of Zoho Inventory alone will not be considered sufficient. Candidates without direct professional Zoho Inventory experience are requested not to apply.
