MDM SaaS Developer – Informatica IDMC Position: Informatica MDM SaaS Developer

Remote/Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MDM SaaS Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with SaaS-based MDM implementations, data modelling, data integration, data quality, match and merge, survivorship rules, and API-based integrations. Experience with Activos and Hub Console will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM SaaS solutions using the IDMC platform.
• Configure and manage business entities, data models, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
• Implement match and merge rules, survivorship strategies, trust settings, and data consolidation processes.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion and data publishing processes for upstream and downstream applications.
• Integrate MDM solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and Informatica integration tools.
• Work with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), wherever required.
• Implement data validation, cleansing, standardization, and deduplication processes to maintain data quality.
• Perform data profiling, data reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, data stewards, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, production incidents, performance optimization, and technical documentation. Required Skills and Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management,



data integration, or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC MDM, preferably Customer 360 or Business 360.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modelling, business entities, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Experience configuring match and merge rules, survivorship, trust rules, and reference data.
• Knowledge of Informatica IDMC components, including CDI and/or CAI.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and XML.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Positive-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Activos or related workflow/process management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub Console.
• Knowledge of MDM Hub components, Base Objects, staging tables, mappings, and packages.
• Familiarity with Service Integration Framework (SIF) APIs and Business Entity Services (BES).
• Exposure to ActiveVOS workflows, data stewardship, approvals, and exception handling.
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
• Knowledge of Customer 360, Supplier 360, or Product 360 implementations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Informatica MDM SaaS and IDMC, with the ability to independently configure MDM solutions, build integrations, resolve data-related issues, and support end-to-end implementation activities. Candidates with exposure to Activos and Informatica MDM Hub Console will be preferred.
