Position: Junior UX & Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
UX Design
• Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Support user research and usability testing sessions to gather actionable feedback.
• Help maintain and scale existing design systems and component libraries.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces. Graphic Design
• Design visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations (decks), and print materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, typography, layout rules, and color theory.
• Prepare and optimize graphic files for multi-platform deployment. Video Editing & Motion
• Edit, cut, and assemble raw video footage for promotional reels, social media shorts, and internal communications.
• Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, color grading, and sound design to elevate video outputs.




• Collaborate with marketing or product teams to storyboard video concepts. Required Skills & Tools

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio).
•

Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a junior design or multi-media role.
• UX/UI Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Graphic Design Tools: Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Video & Motion Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Emerging Tech: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted design and workflow tools.
• Core Attributes: Robust time-management skills, openness to critique, and the ability to multitask across different creative disciplines.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
