Role Description This is a full time Backend Developer (Node.js) position based on-site in Gurugram, India. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include integrating front-end components, working with databases, writing clean and maintainable code, and implementing best practices for software development. The Backend Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues,



and contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture and development workflows. Qualifications
• 2+ Years of experience is required.
• Strong Back-End Web Development skills with hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express and MongoDB
• Fintech Exp is preferred.
• Solid Software Development foundations, including familiarity with software design patterns, testing practices, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming fundamentals, with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts to effectively integrate and support front-end teams.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and application security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
