Applicants can expect to join a creative, detail-oriented organization committed to redefining modern living spaces. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain design and construction services, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to project confirmation. Daily tasks include responding to leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, presenting proposals and pricing, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating closely with the design and project teams to ensure accurate representation of services, timelines, and deliverables, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in sales tracking tools. The Salesperson will also support local marketing efforts,



participate in showroom or site visits, and contribute feedback on customer preferences to help refine offerings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, professional speaking and writing abilities.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead handling, relationship-building, and closing deals in a service-oriented environment.
• Candidates should possess customer service and client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and deliver a positive experience.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of interior design or construction concepts, or demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn industry-specific details quickly.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Previous experience in retail, real estate, interiors, construction, or related fields is beneficial.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking software) is preferred.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
