The Upscale Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency serving brands across India and the Gulf. We work across performance marketing (Meta and Google Ads), social media management, SEO, and brand strategy. Our clients range from healthcare and real estate to fashion, education, and consumer brands. The RoleWe’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping video content. You’ll create animated assets for paid ads, social media, and brand campaigns, working closely with our strategy, performance, and content teams. The aim is creative that both looks good and converts.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and animate motion graphics for Meta and Google ad creatives, Reels, Shorts, and stories
• Edit short-form video content with transitions, kinetic typography, and sound design
• Create animated logos, intros, explainer videos, and brand assets
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing based on performance insights
• Work with copywriters and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life
• Keep work consistent with each client’s brand guidelines, and run multiple projects to deadline




• Stay current with social media trends, formats, and motion design styles Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, ideally at an agency
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• A solid sense of typography, colour, composition, and timing
• Understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ability to take feedback and turn around revisions quickly
• A robust portfolio of motion work, which is mandatory Good to Have
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Figma
• Experience with AI video and design tools such as Runway or Midjourney
• Understanding of performance creative: hooks, the first 3 seconds, and CTAs
• Experience creating content for Gulf or Arabic-speaking audiences
