Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day hostel operations.
• Handle vendor management, housekeeping (HK), and roaster/shift scheduling.
• Address and resolve student complaints promptly.
• Ensure property cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
• Update and submit all bills and invoices to the Finance team on time.
• Take ownership of property-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or hostel management.
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
