About the Role
Norlox Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiters to support recruitment requirements for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to source and screen suitable candidates. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across India who are comfortable working the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, databases, and referrals.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, availability, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring goals and meet recruitment deadlines.




• Handle candidate information professionally and confidentially. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment processes.
• Robust interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work the US night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Personal laptop or computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Candidates with prior IT recruitment experience are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates with relevant recruitment knowledge may also be considered. Work Details
