Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Madhavaram. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill orders. The specialist will analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service improvements. The role also involves preparing reports on customer trends,



supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to customer retention strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to support business growth and client retention.
