P.
C. role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The role involves monitoring and controlling product quality across the production process, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The position also covers Production Planning and Control (P.
P.
C.) tasks such as preparing production schedules, coordinating with operations and supply chain teams, and tracking progress against targets. The Quality Engineer/P.
P.
C. will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications




• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to improve processes and product performance.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspections, testing, and measurement techniques within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, documentation, and standards to ensure consistent and compliant production operations.
• Ability to manage and enhance Product Quality through systematic analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Experience in Quality Management systems, such as ISO or similar frameworks, and familiarity with audits and continuous improvement tools.
• Background or training in Production Planning and Control, with skills in scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination with shop-floor teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in the mining or metals sector.
• Proficiency in using quality-related software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, SPC tools, basic ERP systems) and interpreting technical drawings or specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in office.
• Good communication skills and willingness to adhere to safety, compliance, and organizational policies.
