- Operations Executive The Route Manager is responsible for driving business growth, operational efficiency, and revenue performance within their assigned area. This role focuses on leading area-level sales initiatives, managing on-ground gig workers, and building trusted customer relationships to ensure seamless execution of Scrap Uncle’s recycling services.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and assign daily pickup routes to field teams.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled pickups and minimize missed pickups.
• Monitor Pickers/Drivers’ attendance, productivity, and route performance.
• Track delayed, cancelled, and pending pickups and ensure quick resolution.
• Optimize routes to reduce travel time and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations teams for pickup-related issues.




• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with the Fleet team.
• Prepare daily route and productivity reports.
• Handle customer escalations related to pickup delays or issues.
• Ensure field teams follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Achieve daily and monthly pickup and productivity targets. Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in managing field teams such as Pickers, Drivers, or Delivery Executives will be preferred.
• Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn.
