Role Description This is a remote, contract Salesperson role focused on promoting and selling M&M; TOYS products to retailers, distributors, and other customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and contacting prospective clients, presenting product features and advantages, and negotiating pricing and sales terms. The Salesperson will maintain regular communication with existing accounts, process orders, track sales performance, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, delivery timelines, and promotional activities to ensure a smooth sales process and strong customer experience. Qualifications




• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Experience in account management, lead generation, and pipeline management, preferably in consumer goods or toy manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional remote communication (phone, video, email).
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple clients, follow up consistently, and work independently.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales software to track activities, maintain records, and report on performance.
• Knowledge of retail or distribution channels and an understanding of pricing, margins, and basic sales analytics is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a remote or field-based sales role is preferred; familiarity with the toy industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
