13–15 Years Function: Investment Banking / Structured Finance / Corporate Finance Role Type: Full-time | On-site CTC: ₹60–70 LPA About the Opportunity We are hiring a Location Head – Buy Side for a boutique Investment Banking firm in Mumbai. The firm works across Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Real Estate Financing, Corporate Advisory, Working Capital & Term Loans, Asset Management and Capital Raising and has executed transactions aggregating to approximately ₹23,000 crore. This is a senior business leadership role with responsibility for deal origination, revenue generation, client relationships, transaction execution and team management for the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development, deal origination and revenue generation for the Mumbai market.
• Originate opportunities through relationships with developers, promoters, corporates, CFOs, investors and other market participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Funds and other institutional capital providers.
• Understand client financing requirements and structure appropriate debt / structured finance solutions.
• Lead transactions end-to-end from origination, evaluation and structuring to negotiation, due diligence, documentation and closure.
• Evaluate transactions through financial analysis, credit assessment, cash-flow analysis and financial modelling.
• Prepare/review Information Memorandums, transaction proposals, financial models and client/investor presentations.




• Analyse real estate projects, developers, project cash flows and relevant micro-markets, wherever applicable.
• Lead commercial and transaction-structure negotiations with clients, investors, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Manage senior-level client/investor discussions and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Develop market intelligence and identify current clients, sectors and transaction opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the team while ensuring effective execution and timely closure of mandates. Ideal Candidate Profile
• 13–15 years of relevant experience in areas such as Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate Banking, Private Credit, Debt Syndication, NBFC/AIF Lending or SME/Mid-Market Banking.
• Strong track record of deal origination / new client acquisition and business development.
• Experience handling large-ticket financing transactions and driving transactions independently from origination to closure.
• Strong understanding of credit appraisal, financial analysis, cash flows and transaction structuring.
• Strong relationships with corporates, promoters, developers, lenders and/or institutional investors.
• Experience in Real Estate financing / developer financing / structured real estate transactions would be highly preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Prior team handling and business leadership experience.
• Management qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
