Location:
Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Paras Hitech Engineers is looking for a responsible, organised, and cooperative Admin & Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day accounting, administrative, store management, and logistics activities at our workshop/office in Changodar. ?

Key Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
· Manage store inward and outward entries and maintain stock records.
· Coordinate daily logistics, dispatches, deliveries, and material movements.
· Maintain invoices, delivery challans, vouchers, and other office documents.
· Handle data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping.
· Coordinate with accounts, stores, logistics, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. ? Eligibility & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
·

Experience:
At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
· Freshers may also apply if they have good practical knowledge of Tally.
· Computer

Skills:
Positive knowledge of MS Office,



especially Excel, is mandatory.
· Accounting

Skills:
Basic accounting knowledge is required; Tally knowledge is an advantage for experienced candidates and essential for freshers applying.
· Language: Basic English reading and writing skills.
· Personal

Skills:
Responsible, detail-oriented, cooperative, and willing to learn.
