About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Video Production & Training Specialist who can create engaging video content and train students in qualified production workflows. The role involves working on educational, brand, social media, and client projects while guiding students through practical shoots, editing exercises, and portfolio projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos from concept development to final delivery.
• Create social media reels, digital ads, YouTube videos, interviews, testimonials, podcasts, and event coverage.
• Manage cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools, including colour correction, sound design, titles, and subtitles.
• Train students in cinematography,



camera handling, lighting, audio, storytelling, scripting, directing, and editing.
• Mentor students, review projects, provide feedback, and help them build professional showreels and portfolios.
• Guide student teams in executing real-world projects while maintaining professional standards.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, academic, and client-facing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, backups, and production equipment. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–4 years of professional experience in video production, cinematography, and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, framing, composition, and on-location shooting.
• Experience creating short-form videos, digital ads, interviews, testimonials, and event content.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach beginners.
• Strong storytelling, visual judgement, attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating production and editing capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, instructor, or workshop facilitator.
• Experience in podcast or multicamera production, basic motion graphics, and social media content workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation, editing, captions, or pre-production.
