Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager – Defence Channel will be responsible for driving life insurance sales and business growth within the Defence segment in Jodhpur. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against defined objectives. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with Defence personnel, conducting client meetings, explaining insurance and financial solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The manager will plan and execute sales strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders for product knowledge and compliance, prepare regular sales reports,



and ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The position also requires ongoing market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting training and development initiatives for the team. Qualifications
• Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge, with experience in life insurance products and solutions.
• Customer Service skills focused on relationship-building, needs assessment, and post-sales support.
• Finance-related understanding to explain product features, returns, risk, and financial planning concepts.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation of sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with Defence personnel.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services, preferably in institutional or special segments, is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Jodhpur and willingness to travel locally as required.
