ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Instagram Expert who understands what makes content grow organically and can turn that into a consistent, results-driven strategy for our clients’ and our own brand accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and execute Instagram content strategies for B2B and personal brand accounts.
• Create content calendars covering Reels, carousels, stories and static posts.
• Write hooks, scripts and captions that drive reach, saves, shares and conversations.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver content on time.
• Track performance using Instagram Insights and turn the data into actionable improvements.
• Monitor trends, audio and platform updates, and apply them where relevant.
• Manage community engagement, including comments and DMs.
• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation and content creation. REQUIREMENTS




• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts.
• Proven results in organic growth (reach, followers, engagement), supported by examples or a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Reels, the Instagram algorithm and content formats.
• Good copywriting skills and a strong sense of visual and video storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Canva, VN or similar tools.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience with B2B or personal brand accounts.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience with scheduling and automation tools. SKILLS Creative, organized, trend-aware, detail-oriented, a clear communicator and able to meet deadlines.
