Job Title: AWS Solutions Architect (Agentic A2A)

Experience:
8+Yrs Notice Period: Immediate or Serving

Location:
Pune (Hybrid) About Accelirate Accelirate is a leading agentic AI and automation firm, building intelligent agents that transform enterprise operations. We’re a certified partner of UiPath, Microsoft, and Salesforce, with 1500+ processes automated annually across industries. Honored as a Top Workplaces USA winner five years in a row, we’re known for delivering scalable, agent-driven solutions that empower humans, agents, and robots to work smarter together.

About the role
You will own the AWS-native architecture that lets our client's agents exchange work securely with external partner agents over the open A2A protocol. The program replaces legacy RPA bots, email, and SFTP exchanges with governed, event-driven, agentic services. Integration and conformance: an A2A gateway, schema registry, and conformance engine that validate every partner payload at the boundary. Agent orchestration: domain agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore with a shared tool library, routed by an orchestration agent. Platform and delivery: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code that take these services from sandbox to production. This is a builder role. You will write the code, scripts, and IaC yourself, not only the diagrams.

Key responsibilities
A2A architecture and integration
• Design and implement A2A server and client endpoints (JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTPS), including Agent Cards, authenticated extended cards, skills, and task lifecycle states.
• Implement core operations: SendMessage, GetTask, ListTasks, CancelTask, and push-notification webhooks for long-running, human-in-the-loop tasks.
• Build the A2A endpoint service on Amazon ECS Fargate or EKS, fronting reasoning skills hosted on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime.
• Define versioned JSON Schema contracts per skill, with backward-compatible versioning and deprecation windows.
• Implement idempotency (messageId and business-key deduplication), retry with backoff, throttling with Retry-After, and circuit breakers.
• Use MCP internally for agent tool access while keeping A2A as the only cross-organization boundary. Security and connectivity
• Implement zero-trust partner connectivity: AWS PrivateLink in both directions, private DNS, and an interim mTLS-plus-IP-allowlist path.
• Build mutual TLS with AWS Private CA:

certificate issuance, SAN matching, automated short-lived rotation, and CA rollover with dual-trust windows.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 client credentials with certificate-bound tokens (RFC 8705) and detached JWS request signing (RFC 7797) with JWKS key discovery.
• Enforce least-privilege IAM, KMS encryption per sensitivity tier, PII/PHI redaction from logs and traces, and immutable (WORM) audit logging.
• Prepare architecture and data-classification packages for client security reviews and third-party assessments. Platform, infrastructure, and CI/CD
• Author all infrastructure in AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python): VPCs, endpoints, ECS/EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, API Gateway, and IAM.
• Run and harden Kubernetes workloads on Amazon EKS: Helm, service mesh (Istio), autoscaling, and GitOps with Argo CD.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with staged promotion (sandbox → beta → production), manual approval gates, contract tests, and automated rollback.
• Stand up sandbox environments with mock modes that return every task state and error class for partner integration testing.
• Implement observability: health endpoints, CloudWatch metrics and alarms, X-Ray, W3C Trace Context propagation, and CloudEvents audit records. Delivery and collaboration
• Write production code and scripts in Python and TypeScript; review code and set engineering standards for the offshore team.
• Translate legacy RPA workflows into AWS-native agents, Lambda functions, and Step Functions state machines.
• Join technical working sessions with client and partner engineers in US hours; answer integration questionnaires and close open design items.
• Produce HLD/LLD documents, runbooks, and architecture decision records. Required qualifications
• 8+ years in software or cloud engineering, with 4+ years designing and building production systems on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with agent protocols: A2A (Agent Cards, tasks, skills) and MCP, or demonstrable depth in comparable agent interoperability work.

• Experience building AI agents on Amazon Bedrock or Bedrock AgentCore, including tool use and guardrails.
• Strong AWS CDK experience in TypeScript or Python; you have shipped multi-account, multi-environment infrastructure with it.
• Production Kubernetes experience on Amazon EKS: Helm, ingress, autoscaling, and troubleshooting.
• Built and owned CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) with automated tests and approval gates.
• Proficient coder in Python and TypeScript; comfortable scripting in Bash.
• Practical knowledge of API security: mTLS, PKI and certificate rotation, OAuth 2.0, JWT/JWS, and AWS PrivateLink.
• Experience with event-driven design: EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, and idempotent, retry-secure services.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to lead technical discussions with US client and partner engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; DevOps Engineer – Professional or Security – Specialty a plus.
• Terraform experience alongside CDK.
• Istio or another service mesh; Argo CD or Flux for GitOps.
• Insurance, claims, or financial-services integration experience; familiarity with ACORD or IAIABC EDI (FROI/SROI) standards.
• Migrating RPA estates (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to cloud-native or agentic services.
• Document AI with Amazon Textract and Bedrock for classification and field extraction.
• Delivery in regulated environments: SOX audit trails, PII/PHI handling, and formal security reviews.
• Experience leading or mentoring an offshore engineering team. Why Join Us at Accelirate? At Accelirate, we’re committed to your professional growth from day one. Our culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and hands-on projects ensures you have the tools to innovate and thrive. We recognize and reward your hard work with performance bonuses and public recognition, celebrating your achievements at every step.
