SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER DeAge | Longevity & Healthy Ageing

Experience:
5–7 years DeAge is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager with experience in nutraceutical purchasing and white-label manufacturing to manage our supply chain from sourcing through delivery.

Key responsibilities
Source and purchase nutraceutical raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Identify, evaluate and manage white-label and contract manufacturing partners. Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers and manufacturers. Coordinate production planning, purchase orders and timely availability of products. Manage warehousing, inventory levels, stock movement and dispatches. Coordinate domestic logistics and deliveries to distributors, business partners and customers. Manage export shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders and preparation of required documentation. Work closely with quality, regulatory,



sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidate
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or operations, preferably in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, wellness or related industries.
• Experience working with white-label or third-party manufacturers.
• Practical knowledge of purchasing, warehousing, inventory management and domestic and export logistics.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
