Role Description The Facility Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of sports venues and facilities. This includes monitoring facility cleanliness and safety, coordinating basic maintenance needs, and ensuring equipment, turfs, courts, and common areas are prepared for training sessions, events, and bookings. The role involves assisting with venue setup and teardown, guiding visitors and participants, and providing basic customer support at the facility. The associate will work closely with coaches,



venue managers, and operations teams to follow schedules, adhere to standards, and support professionally managed sports experiences. The position may also involve keeping easy records of usage, reporting facility issues promptly, and supporting compliance with health and safety guidelines. Qualifications
• Ability to manage day-to-day facility operations, including cleanliness, basic maintenance coordination, and equipment handling.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist athletes, parents, visitors, and partner institutions on-site.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to support venue scheduling, event preparation, and smooth transitions between sessions.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting abilities for sports equipment, lighting, and general facility utilities (training can be provided).
• Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene practices applicable to sports facilities, with willingness to follow company procedures.
• Comfort working in a physically active environment, including standing for extended periods and performing light manual tasks.
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in facility management, hospitality, or sports venues is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per venue requirements.
