Role Description The Project Manager will lead and coordinate construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scope and schedules, managing stakeholders, coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams, and overseeing contractors and vendors. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving issues, managing risks, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements. The Project Manager will also support resource planning, cost control,



and logistics coordination to maintain smooth project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, equipment, and documentation, and to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with technical specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, storage, and in office distribution of materials and equipment.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects, preferably in healthcare, residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools, and familiarity with contract administration and basic financial controls.
