Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the team member will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products from Artarium’s luxury décor range. Responsibilities include handling walk-in inquiries, demonstrating product features, managing billing and basic inventory checks, and ensuring an attractive and organized display area. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, following up with potential buyers,



sharing product and promotion information, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the in-store experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, long-term customer connections.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for engaging with customers and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory handling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or home décor is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours as required.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
