• Handle inbound chats and calls from job seekers on Instagram, WhatsApp and phone
• Understand each person’s background, target roles and job search challenges
• Explain our job search plans clearly and recommend the right pack
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers




• Maintain lead records and track conversations daily What we’re looking for
• Final-year students or recent graduates (MBA in HR preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfort with talking to professionals and handling objections politely
• A basic understanding of hiring and job search in India
• Self-discipline to work remotely and full time What you’ll get
• Hands-on sales and customer advisory experience
• Exposure to recruitment and the job search industry
