The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies. The role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Store Manager will handle customer queries and escalations, coordinate with dealership and corporate teams, and support loss prevention initiatives. The position requires maintaining accurate records,



preparing regular reports, and fostering a motivated, performance-driven store team. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Store Management expertise, with experience in overseeing daily retail operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
• Clear and qualified Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement controls to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance.
• Prior experience in retail, automobile dealerships, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on performance, coaching, and accountability.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial, along with a strong commitment to ethical, customer-centric work practices.
