Role Description The Product Sourcing, NPD and Category Marketing Assistant Manager role at Tupperware India is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The role involves coordinating product sourcing activities, supporting current product development (NPD) projects, and assisting with category marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and consumer insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, and supporting category strategies that drive sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager will help prepare business cases,



track product performance, and contribute to promotional plans and product launches. The role also requires maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting continuous improvement in product and category performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Category Management and Product Management skills to support product portfolios and category strategies.
• Candidates should possess Market Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related abilities to understand commercial drivers, support revenue growth, and collaborate with sales teams.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, consumer products, or retail marketing is beneficial.
