Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter Interns to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.).
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
