Job Description
Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Manager to join our IT team. To ensure that Infotech infrastructure at PIS runs smoothly & efficiently 24x7 Responsibilities
• Fully support, install, configure, integrate, maintain, update, upgrade and manage PIS networks and in-house servers/recent server hardware and applications.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Responsible for device and password management.
• Support and administer third-party applications.
• Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., user authorization, firewalls).
• Ensure network security and connectivity.
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.




• Define network policies, procedures and practices.
• Specify system requirements and design solutions.
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
• Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems.
• Manage contracts with vendors (e.g., development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses.
• Develop IT policies and practices.
• Research best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server & network infrastructure, and recommend upgrades to PIS existing practices. Desired Skills / Qualitative Requirements
• Requisite qualification and/or experience as a Server & Network Administrator, or a similar role.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, along with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure. Desired Candidate Profile
• Any Degree with minimum 7-8 years’ experience as a Server & Network Administrator preferred. Remarks If Any
• Must have the certifications of CCNP, CCNA, MCSA, AWS.
