Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals as per client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to submission and follow-ups.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills,



experience, qualifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
• Ensure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets. Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
• Hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for US clients.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
