WE'RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER Full-Time | In office | Gurugram At Baby Jalebi, we're building a premium baby and lifestyle brand with a growing presence across India and the world. From our online stores to our expanding physical retail presence, we're creating thoughtful products, beautiful spaces and memorable customer experiences. We're looking for a creative, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing in-house team. Someone who understands that building a premium brand is about more than just running ads. It's about combining strategy, creativity and data to drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Independently plan, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop marketing strategies for our India and international markets.
• Drive online sales, customer acquisition, store enquiries and retail footfall.
• Manage advertising budgets and monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC and conversion rates.
• Work with Shopify, Google Analytics and tracking tools to understand customer behaviour and improve performance.
• Plan and execute retargeting, catalogue campaigns and audience strategies.
• Collaborate with our creative team on ad campaigns, content and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversions and customer journeys.




• Work directly with the founder on marketing strategy, new launches and brand expansion. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4.
• Experience with premium consumer, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce brands.
• A valuable understanding of both online and offline marketing.
• Comfortable managing campaigns independently, from planning to execution.
• Someone who appreciates good design, brand storytelling and the importance of maintaining a premium brand identity.
• Proactive, organised, analytical and excited about building something for the long term.
