Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in Vizag. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and reporting on sales performance and growth initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Convert leads in to potential business enquiries
• Ability to meet customers and onboard them
• Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service within logistics or related industries.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a similar sector is highly beneficial.
