The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to optimize business processes and ensure successful ERP implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Infor ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Infor applications according to business needs.
• Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Provide functional or technical support, troubleshoot issues,



and resolve system defects.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
• Support data migration, system integration, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Infor ERP products and relevant modules.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
• Experience with documentation, change management, and production support
