- Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite) Immediate Joiner Only Job Summary We are looking for a Business Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and B2B CRM processes. The candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts, coordinate with international Agile DevOps teams, and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of global B2B CRM digital products. Required Technical Skills
• SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.
• B2B CRM business processes and SAP-based system environments.
• C4C business objects and configuration.
• Reporting management, territory management, and dashboard management.
• Data replication management.
• C4C customizing and layout adaptations.




• Transport management and organizational structure management.
• SAP incident management.
• Knowledge of interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems. Required Skilled Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate business teams and service providers.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency in English. Good-to-Have Skills
• SAP BW.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.0.
• SAP Marketing Cloud.
