We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven professional for our Jaipur showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers. For the Manager-level role, the candidate should also be capable of overseeing store operations, guiding the sales team, and driving business growth. ??? ???????????????? Sales & Customer Interaction
• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through our premium furniture, lighting, and home décor collections.
• Convert customer enquiries into sales through consultative selling and effective negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers, architects, and interior designers.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to maximize sales conversions.
• Handle customer queries and after-sales concerns professionally. Store & Team Management (Manager-level)
• Oversee daily store operations, staff coordination, visual merchandising, and stock/order management.
• Train and guide junior sales staff and monitor performance against sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom maintains a polished, organized,



and premium brand presentation. Marketing & Business Development
• Build a strong network of architects, interior designers, and corporate clients to generate referral business.
• Support in-store promotions, social media content, local marketing, and events.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to showroom sales growth. ??? ????????????
• 3–5+ years of experience in furniture, lighting, or home décor retail sales (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, product categories, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polished, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Robust sales, marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Competitive, enthusiastic, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Working knowledge of POS/billing software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Team management experience preferred for the Store Manager position. ????????? ????????? ???????
• Candidates with experience in premium furniture, luxury retail, lighting, or interior décor brands will be preferred.
• Existing professional connections with architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
