I. Position Description JOB TITLE Specialist-Products Vehicle Finance [Digital Initiatives] GRADE SM DEPARTMENT Vehicle Finance LOCATION HO [Bangalore] SUB-DEPARTMENT NA TYPE OF POSITION Full-time REPORTS TO Lead Product-Vehicle Finance REPORTING INTO II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
• Manage the technology roadmap for the Vehicle Finance department
• Assist in developing partnerships with external parties/vendors to generate additional business
• Relationship management with key stakeholders for rolling out system related changes III. SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE Monitoring & managing an overall portfolio of ~2000 Cr [by FY27]
• Manage the technology requirements for TW & Pre-Owner Car loans business
• Manage the Digital Lending & third-party services Iv.

Key Responsibilities
Business/Financials
• Develop tech enablers for growth of business and to improve process efficiency
• Define the technology roadmap & outline critical milestones which is aligned to department’s overall strategy
• Translate user needs into technical requirements. This includes understanding user needs, study market trends & competitive landscape to translate them into technical requirements for the engineering team
• Oversee Product Development Lifecycle ensuring the end result meets the objective Customer (both Internal & External)
• Monitor market trends and competition, stay up to date with changing technology landscape which is crucial in making strategic decisions and defining the product roadmap
• Analyze product performance through close monitoring of key metrics and identify areas of improvement. Measure success of the product launches vs the north star metrics




• Explore partnerships with DSA/Fintech/lead generators for growth of business from alternate channels Internal Process
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders & Ujjivan IT team to get relevant approvals to ensure smooth launch of the product or system related changes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in troubleshooting & resolving technology related issues
• Timely response & adherence to audit & compliance queries related to Loan Processing systems Innovation & Learning
• Timely completion of assigned training courses
• Responsible for training and building technical knowhow & system awareness within the business vertical
• Develop training material for sales team pertaining to system related changes Educational Qualifications V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PGDM/MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 college preferred [not mandatory] B. Tech in CS/IT specialization preferred Work Experience 3-5 years of experience as Tech Product Manager or similar roles with relevant experience Experience in managing digital lending channels, fintech integrations, key accounts management etc. Experience in implementing IT projects & channel integration Functional Skills Experience in defining product strategy, managing tech. roadmaps & leading product development Experience in banking domain & managing LOS and/or LMS is preferred Behavioral Skills Problem solving & decision making Valuable Interpersonal & communication skills Analytical thinking VI.
