Role Description The Video/Reel Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video and reel content that aligns with Aussizz Group’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, editing for social media platforms, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and text overlays to create engaging stories. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives, adapt content to different formats, and optimize videos for various digital channels. The Video/Reel Editor will maintain a consistent visual style,



manage deadlines across multiple projects, and stay updated with current trends in short-form video content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and understanding camera formats and workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and storytelling through cuts, transitions, and pacing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to correct exposure, balance color, and create consistent visual styles across multiple videos.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating simple animations, titles, overlays, and social media-friendly visual elements (e.g., using After Effects or similar tools).
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience creating reels and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok; basic audio editing and sound design; strong attention to detail; and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
