8+ years Role: Oracle Services Cloud Consultant / Senior Consultant Practice: Oracle Services Role Type: Functional / Techno-Functional Focus: Hands-on implementation Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Services Cloud Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle CX Service solutions and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service implementations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
• Configure service processes, workflows, business rules, roles and security.
• Handle application configuration, extensions and customisation.
• Work with integration teams for connectivity with Oracle and third-party applications.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production deployment.
• Prepare functional/technical design documentation.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders throughout implementation and go-live. Mandatory Skills
• 8+ years of overall Oracle experience.
• Robust Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service experience.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle exposure.
• Service request / case management processes.
• Business rules, workflows and application configuration.
• Integration and data migration exposure.
• SIT, UAT and production go-live experience.
