3–5 Years Employment: Full-Time, Site Based Compensation: ₹4–7 LPA, depending on experience and capabilities We are looking for a hands-on PMC Site Engineer / Civil professional to join our project team for a project involving demolition, dismantling, construction of a new PEB structure, RCC/civil works and associated finishing works. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with contractors, consultants, architects and the client team while independently tracking day-to-day site execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution across civil, RCC, PEB and finishing works.
• Monitor contractor progress against approved drawings, specifications, schedules and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, look-ahead plans and progress trackers.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor PEB erection, RCC, civil works and finishing activities for quality and compliance.
• Review drawings and specifications and coordinate site-level clarifications.
• Track manpower, materials, equipment, work fronts and site constraints.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and coordination issues and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor work sequencing and ensure activities are executed in the correct sequence.
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports, MOMs,



trackers and site documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report quality, progress and execution issues.
• Assist in coordinating material approvals, shop drawings, technical submissions and site requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Escalate critical delays, quality issues and site constraints to the PMC/project management team. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant site/PMC experience.
• Experience in PEB, RCC, civil construction and finishing works preferred.
• Experience in contractor management and site coordination.
• Valuable understanding of construction drawings, specifications and execution methodology.
• Ability to prepare and maintain schedules, look-ahead plans and progress reports.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
