Role Description The Policy Researcher will conduct rigorous policy and economic research to support Impact Bharat’s programs and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing research frameworks, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesizing findings into explicit reports, briefs, and presentations. The role involves closely tracking policy developments, drafting policy notes and recommendations, and supporting stakeholder engagements with government agencies and partners.



The Policy Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into practical interventions and contribute to publications and knowledge products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Policy Research and Research skills, including experience in designing studies and working with diverse data sources.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and a grounding in Economics to interpret data, evaluate policy options, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to write policy briefs, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with statistical tools or data analysis software, and familiarity with Indian governance and public policy landscape, is highly beneficial.
