We partner with leading brands to manage inventory, compliance, security, and operational excellence across multiple locations. Role Description DropX Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) with experience in Quick Commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring inventory accuracy, identifying operational risks, investigating loss incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols across Quick Commerce locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Security & Loss Prevention, inventory control, audits, and fraud prevention within leading Quick Commerce companies such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, BB Now, Flipkart Minutes, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular and surprise security and inventory audits across operational locations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify stock discrepancies and shrinkage trends.
• Investigate inventory losses, theft, pilferage, stock mismatches, and fraud incidents.
• Perform stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Identify operational vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for loss incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, security protocols, and compliance requirements.




• Review CCTV footage and security reports to identify suspicious activities.
• Monitor and report suspicious transactions, fraudulent activities, and operational risks.
• Conduct compliance checks and support security awareness training for associates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, HR, and other relevant teams to resolve audit findings.
• Maintain audit records, investigation reports, and loss prevention documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory shrinkage, audit findings, and security incidents.
• Support the implementation of loss prevention strategies across Quick Commerce locations. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce Security & Loss Prevention (SLP), Asset Protection, Risk Control, or Loss Prevention functions.
• Mandatory experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, BB Now, Flipkart Minutes, or similar Quick Commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and shrinkage control.
• Hands-on experience in audits, investigations, compliance monitoring, and fraud prevention.
• Basic understanding of CCTV monitoring and security control procedures.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Conversational proficiency in Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across operational locations. Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational locations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
