Role Description The Regional Human Resources Business Partner Junior Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thanjavur. This role is responsible for supporting regional HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and assisting with performance management processes across outlets and field teams. The individual will handle day-to-day HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role will also support compliance with labor and employment laws, participate in resolving workplace issues, and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.



Collaboration with regional leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning, engagement activities, and retention strategies is a key part of this position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies knowledge, with experience supporting regional or multi-location operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to support managers and team members effectively.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Labor and Employment Law to help ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR data reporting.
• Relevant Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Trichy & Thanjavur locations, travel within the region as needed, and manage priorities in a fast-paced distribution and retail environment.
