Job Description
Team3 Associates is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of architectural visualization, 3D modelling, rendering, and realistic presentation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings of architectural and interior design projects.
• Develop 3D visualizations for residential and commercial spaces.
• Prepare interior and exterior perspectives based on architectural drawings.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting,



and camera settings to produce realistic visuals.
• Revise renderings based on feedback from the design team and clients.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all visualization outputs. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong visualization skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or D5 Render.
• Understanding of architectural design, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Strong visualisation skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
