Role Description We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive HR Intern for a 3-month, full time, on-site role in Bengaluru. You’ll work closely with our HR team and gain real, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations and employee engagement. Strong performance may open the door to future opportunities with us. Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing profiles, screening calls, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding formalities, document collection and employee record creation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and HR reports accurately and confidentially
• Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters,



internship letters and certificates
• Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with teams on HR requirements
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Saturdays, team activities and celebrations
• Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good coordination, follow-up and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, professional and committed to confidentiality Internship Details ?
