Role Description The Operations Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating internal workflows, tracking project progress, human resource management and maintaining documentation and reports. The intern will assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of creative work. Responsibilities also include supporting cross-functional communication between creative, sales, and management teams, helping streamline processes,



and contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
• Clear and skilled communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales and client service processes to support business operations.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in operations management and project management to assist in planning and execution.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software) and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in business, operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
