Role Description The Growth & Partnerships Intern role is a full-time on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the development and execution of growth initiatives, including researching potential partners, reaching out to creators, brands, and agencies, and assisting with onboarding and relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing campaign and community data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams on projects and partnerships, and helping organize events, meetups, and collaborations. The intern will also assist in lead generation,



basic sales support, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and partnerships in CRM or tracking tools. This role offers exposure to the creator economy, digital marketing, and community-building while working closely with growth and partnership leaders. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive insights for growth and partnership initiatives.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear writing, presentations, and skilled interaction with creators, brands, agencies, and internal teams.
• Interest or experience in Growth Hacking, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and creative strategies to acquire and retain partners.
• Foundational Sales skills to support outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing with potential partners.
• Basic Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support smooth execution of campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Passion for the creator economy, influencer marketing, and internet culture; familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
